Membership Terms and Conditions

1.      Membership will be valid after you pay the initial fee and sign up for the direct debit. Memberships cannot be purchased without signing up to a direct debit. However, you can cancel your direct debit any time after your initial purchase.

2.      Please note that cancelling a direct debit will not cancel any payment requests already submitted to your bank. We recommend you cancel your direct debit well in advance of your payment date to avoid any unwanted payments. This direct debit can be cancelled at any time by either:

a.      Cancelling it via your bank account.

b.      Emailing info@naturenurtureni.com. Please note take it may take up to 7 workings days for this to take effect.

3.      On cancellation of your direct debit, your membership will remain valid until the end of your membership period from your last payment.

4.      Under no circumstances can refunds be given.

5.      If you book a session either in person or online – you are still required to give us 24 hours’ cancellation notice.

a.      If you are a Club member- failure to give us 24 hours’ notice will result in the booking being recorded as a visit.

b.      For all other membership tiers, failure to give us 24 hours’ notice will result in a no-show. If three no-shows are recorded- management reserves the right to cancel your membership and refuse any future membership applications.

6.      Your membership is only valid for the named child/children. For family memberships we will record the names of additional children on your first visit.

7.      Memberships cannot be transferred between children.

8.      Membership prices are subject to change, and we will give one months’ notice prior to any price changes. However, your current membership price is frozen for 3 months from time of notice, provided you do not cancel your membership.

9.      If we cancel your membership for any reason, your refund will be proportional to the amount of time left on your membership minus a 10% administration fee (10% of original membership cost).

10.  Additional monthly perks of membership applies to the time specified only and cannot be transferred or carried over.

11.  We reserve the right to close sessions due to private bookings or special events.

12.  Memberships cannot be used for events where the price of entry is higher than standard price.

13.  Any personal data we store is only used for the purposes of managing your membership and will be deleted on cancellation of your membership.

14.  Our terms and conditions of play apply to members at all times. Failure to follow our terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of your membership.

15.  Any breach of membership terms and conditions will result in termination of your membership, and we reserve the right to refuse any future membership applications.
